What happens when you visit this site

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and scripts come from this site itself, not from third parties.

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Vercel briefly keeps server logs with your IP address to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks. Vercel may process this data in the USA. It does so under the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

What we store when you join the waitlist

We store your email address, the language of the page and the time you signed up. If you write an idea, we store it too. We also store the sentence you agreed to, so we can show your consent.

We use this data for one purpose: to invite you to shiipdeck and to tell you about shiipdeck. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Where the data is kept

We keep the waitlist in our own sales software, Linkworld. Its database is in the EU. Our providers for hosting and AI process the data only on our behalf. We have data processing agreements with them. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. To unsubscribe, use the link in our emails or write to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what we store about you, and you can have it corrected or deleted. You can restrict or object to its use and take your data with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before. Write to privacy@linkworld.ai.

You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
